I was on board this flight and was not aware of anything wrong. We did land directly without any holding (and very early) and I thought it a little odd that that the usual "40 minutes" announcement was at 30 minutes.

When we landed I was amongst the first passengers to the door used to disembark. The CSD called forward one of the cabin crew saying "they're here for you". There was a paramedic outside the aircraft door. When I did disembark the member of cabin crew (who looked fine) was talking to the paramedic at the top of the jet bridge. Perhaps he'd been taken ill inflight and then improved?
