Spend day and night in Quito - I made the trip longer because of the reviews on this city. What about that Steak House?

This 6 hour layover in BOG is the only thing I really don't like. The only other flight back to MIA on Avianca leaves at the same time my flight from Quito gets in. I'm not sure if we're going to leave the airport in Bogata. Is there anything worth doing?
Total cost in business and full coach $1390 booked with my travel agent.
