And the airport kiosks in Bkk offer the special B$299 deals which normally cost B$350 at MBK. Will last 7 days.

In HK, same, usually around HK$100 for 7 day plan.

For Vn, with the fx rate at 20,000+dong, the differences is a few dollars and better to just pick up upon arrival. IMHO

So you're out of pocket for each country is about $10+ per 7 day visit.
