I know that when the fleet was first set up some crew moved from the excisting fleets to MF, some are very happy but equally some regret the move.
I don't think there will be many moves in the future as they can now can speak to MF crew for advice.
They do still have a few LGW crew moving across but as you say, those on E/F and WW who wanted to move will have already done so.
