We have an early November reservation there for three nights with a surprisingly low rate (about €220 per night all in with breakfast in a Bay room) and are wondering whether the rate reflects any issues at the property.

Visited earlier in year & viewed a few rooms . They are well appointed & have a bright colour scheme , primarily orange or turquoise . If you prefer a traditional style then this is not for you , rooms are more ' modern ' .
Did not try the restaurants , but friends who stayed said the food was good if pricey . One doesn't really have a choice but dine in , the property is set apart & a distance from restaurants or shops .
To use a beach , you will be taken by boat to their ' private ' island . There isn 't really a beach on site , rather rocky or looked muddy at low tide .
Lovely pool with views though .
