Took my 87 year old dad to vegas for 10 days and by FAR the best price I got was with https://www.explorerinsurance.co.uk and that was with a few pre-existing conditions, though nothing as serious. They seemed to have pretty good reviews too, though thankfully I didn't have to make a claim.
