Is it possible to enter the IST lounge when my flight is from SAW? My flight arrives at 12:40pm -- I know there's also the arrival lounge, but apparently it closes sat 1:00pm, so wouldn't have much time there if any. Is one allowed a guest in the arrival lounge as E+?

If not possible to enter the lounges, I guess we will take a bus to Istiklal, get lunch/walk around a bit, then go to SAW pre rush hour. Are the lounges in SAW anything to speak of?
