As others have said, send in the documentation and they should take care of it. I just did it yesterday to correct MQMs and MQDs after a TATL delay on Delta (BE) caused me to miss my KLM connection to Prague. I got rebooked on a Czech Air flight but originally only received 500 MQMs instead of 750 and $0 MQDs. I'm over $70,000 in MQDs for the year but I paid for it and should get the credit. Simple email and they reposted the corect amount.
