12 hour layover at LIM
While my visit was three days a bike tour is easy to do (although traffic was a bit frogger like), I loved my SkyKitchen cooking class - great to do for dinner with new friends and then taxi to airport. Note for night arrivals, my wait in immigration was close to two hours - I had pre-booked taxi also to make things easier late night
