If people were influenced by the cost of drinks, then from a behavioural economics perspective I'd suggest the opposite. People will be taking advantage of the complimentary drinks pre-10pm (i.e. "loading up") rather than phasing their drinking. Either way, for $600, I'd feel nickel and dimed having to pay for my drinks after 10pm.
Not even drinks to get drunk or 'load up.'
This is an island where everything is shipped in. It already includes drinks from 22:00PM which totals 3.5hours.
