Nope - not any entry point for HKG, land or by air. They hand you a little slip that you're supposed to keep during your stay. I followed what my colleague did, which was to staple the slips in the passport.
Last time I flew to TLV I got the slip instead of stamp. Evidently they aren't stamping passports at all anymore, though that's likely for political reasons since there were always a group of travelers who requested not to have the passport stamped so they could visit Arab countries.

Though on the way out I did get my passport stamped with the exit visa after asking nicely
