Slightly off-topic but Business Traveller earlier reported that BA will shortly be restarting a direct flight to Kuala Lumpur (no surprises there...). I wonder if this might be the beginning of the end for MH flights from LHR now anyway - at least for the time being? Would make the lounge access issue pretty redundant if so!
