Well, it seems the duty manager himself at least knows how it should be done - it just hasn't reached all level of staff yet. I did have a most wonderful experience in the Hanoi Metropole, so that'll be my only Sofitel comparison. That said I'm looking forward to my stay in Chongqing and certainly report back
