If your passport is:

First/Given Name(s): Tee Shin Shawn

Last/Surname: Tan

Then the ticket really only needs to be booked as Tee Tan.

Another example:

First/Given Name(s): John Andrew

Last/Surname: Smith

This would simply be booked as 'John Smith'
