Same way I feel. Normally if there is a delay, or schedule change I hop on EF to check inventory and alternate routes, find one that works, and have it ready for when I call or talk to the GA. Makes it much faster, and often times you can find better or more creative routing to get to your destination than what the agent offers as options.
