I have been lucky enough to find quite a few F fares in the last few months that have been cheaper in Club. They showed up in my "Check My Flights" as ASPCL fare class and were also either completely changeable for free or for £80, also fully refundable, and also when changing, the original fare had to be respected, so no fare difference either, even if changing within 24 hours or travel.
Haven't found one for a couple of months now however
