I think your view of BA is often affected by the choices you have

I fly from Moscow to London regularly and this affects my views.

When I first started going to Russia, BA had Club Europe to SVO and he only competition was SU with some clapped out old Soviet heaps. I used both and BA were the best in my opinion

When I moved to Moscow, BMI had started on the run with the big rocker seats, SU had their nice new A320's with large comfy 2-2 business, UN had the new 737's with large 2-2 comfy seats and BA had the same Club World. So my opinion changed, BA were crap, the absolute last choice and to be avoided at all costs, BMI was way better, and the FF Scheme was brilliant.

After the BMI take over, BA introduced CW and my opinion changed, BA were to be used first choice each time as Flat Bed on overnights was such a benefit.

Today I work for a company that says no to J. So having WTP and upgrade possibilities with Avois keeps me on BA as it's the best if the bunch.

For someone who's regular routes are South East Asia, or the US, or Europe, the choices and opinions are different.

Are BA the best? No, I have had better on several airlines on some routes. Are they the best on the routes I use? Yes
