Lounge access entitlement via OW status is when travelling on a flight both marketed and operated by a OW carroer
You are entitled to lounge access for the SYD-AKL flight since the flight is marketed by a OW carrier (QF) and operated by a OW carrier (LA)
For AKL-SYD , since the QF marketed flight is operated by EK, no lounge access entitlement since it is operated by a non OW carrier
