Hi, For a company with many brands, surely it would make sense to let customers know the brand standards. Why is this a proprietary secret? Would another chain steal the info? I feel this answer fails to offer openness to the customer and is unnecessarily recalcitrant. A customer should always know what to expect, or they don't know if they receive it. We shouldn't have to rely on what we each feel we should receive. For instance, if I didn't know I was entitled to receive water and it wasn't in the room, how would it be possible for me to guess this?\
The purpose of a brand standard is so that a customer may visit any of a brand's outlets with certain expectations. making them secret is counterproductive.
