membership rewards transfer to spouse
I understand that if spouse is an authorized user for an account, then you can transfer MR points to spouse's airline program.

What if spouse is an authorized user only for Amex PRG card but not for platinum? Can I still transfer points accrued through the Platinum card to my spouse?

A related, but different question: what if spouse is only an account manager (not an authorized user) for Platinum? Would I be able to transfer points to my spouse?
