Okay, it's reasonable to cancel a flight because a baggage train hit the plane's wing and they need to locate the on-call mechanic to sign off that there was no damage to the aircraft.

But even an RJ is a pretty big target, and you'd think you'd notice that, yeah, plane wing right there so I'd better be careful and come to a safe stop on my mark with the baggage train rather than Crunch....Oops?
