I know Virtuoso have the following : Jasper, Chateau Frontenac, Pacific Rim, Banff, Lake Louise, Whistler, Victoria, Waterfront.

I know internationally Virtuoso have around 34 properties however it does change.

I agree about the the AMEX PLAT5. I will try it next time since usually I prefer to use AMEX Gold for double hotel points.

As a side comment I went to Chateau Laurier this year was a little disappointed with the Afternoon tea compared to other properties (Frontenac, Pacific Rim, Lake Louise), however the views from the rooms are pretty special especially the Parliament views.
