I'm doing this in November - but in the reverse direction. The fare went up £50 overnight so availability of the PROMO deal may be limited Booking directly on the MH website was about £200 cheaper than the normal UK online travel agents.

The Novotel at BKK is nice for a stopover, with tasty Thai food.

How do people find the MH business class seats on the 737-800? My TP run involves an overnight flight.
