I notice you conveniently forgot to reference post #46. That's the one where the official Hilton representative writes, "I am not aware of the policy at this time". Admittedly, I might have skipped over some of those earlier posts. Regardless, when a Hilton rep states there is no policy, I'm certainly not going to do extra work to try to disprove her.

It's irrelevant, however, as it doesn't change my belief that an elaborate corporate policy (above and beyond the $200 payment penalty to the guest) is not needed. As someone who has worked in the industry, I've walked and/or assisted in walking dozens of guests. If a hotel needs to be forced to not walk an elite-level guest, I guarantee that property is being managed poorly.
