Hopefully the new reservation system and it's tools will fix the problem with touched by an agent to enable online changes. Retiring SAAS is long overdue.
BTW did you notice you have a WGA and an Anytime for the same flight?
Heh. I didn't even notice that the new flight is currently booked as AT. I wonder if this is something done on purpose on their end, or if this was just another mistake? The original flight was a $$ booking. Checking online, there's still availability for at least 6 pax at WGA, so it would seem to indicate the later.
One does assume (or at least hope) that the new reservation system takes care of these kinds of annoying issues. My understanding is that it's still a couple years away though.
Edit: I just noticed some additional weirdness. Under My Travel > Upcoming Trips, it shows (essentially) both flights, but the time shown is the old departure time combined with a new, 30 minute
later arrival time.
The reservation system can't come soon enough.
