Padding an originating flight out of MDW in January seems quite normal as deicing delays are pretty likely.
Southwest is IMO getting serious about ontime... Seasonal weather 101 might have actually kicked in.

Hopefully the new reservation system and it's tools will fix the problem with touched by an agent to enable online changes. Retiring SAAS is long overdue.
BTW did you notice you have a WGA and an Anytime for the same flight?
