Agreed and done. I don't understand why the GM hasn't responded to this review but has other positive reviews. A hotel manager that receives that kind of review on a travelsite as big as TA from a diamond who has written other positive reviews should be trying to correct the problem ASAP instead of ignoring it.
GM is in bunker mode. He now realizes he walked the wrong Diamond and how quickly things can spread on the internet. He is now in the midst of a sh*tstorm from corporate, franchise, the internet. I wouldn't want to be him!
