Agreed and done. I don't understand why the GM hasn't responded to this review but has other positive reviews. A hotel manager that receives that kind of review on a travelsite as big as TA from a diamond who has written other positive reviews should be trying to correct the problem ASAP instead of ignoring it.
The manager has now commented on TA and the response seems pretty professional (for TA!).
