This is one of the most available property and best use of points as I have ever booked. It was available for Christmas when rooms were going for $900 and over Santa Semana (second biggest time for them) when I was able to book C&P + DSU.

I checked every weekend in November, all weekends had point and MER availability except November 14-16 when the award rooms are sold out.

Thanks very much for the information! The 14-16 happens to be during the time I was trying to book, so I guess that's why I was having trouble.

I called reservations and they were able to sell me the regular room rate for the days where it was sold out if I used points to upgrade to a suite, so that's what I did. Looking forward to this trip!
