Yes, PIT-JFK and JFK-PIT is a 757-200 with the cradle seats. This has been going on ever since they started PIT-CDG a few years back - it is basically a flight to position a 757 in PIT for the CDG route and vise versa.

I flew it JFK-PIT in August and me, a friend, and another pilot were the only ones in first class, which makes me question why they don't fly it to/from ATL.

It sure beats the typical CRJ-900 they fly on this route.
