Had an hour delay getting bags late at MSP on Saturday. Baggage person wasn't helpful at all. Called in during the gold desk off hours and got no help. Next morning I called the gold desk. They are a pleasure to deal with. It's their customer service that keep me as a an AS customer and not defecting to AA or DL.
