Yes AF lost my luggage in Europe and after several pointless calls to AF I called the DL medallion line back in the USA, after 10 minutes the very persistent and awesome phone agent found my bags (she forced the person at the airport they were at to do their job AF employee) and they were at my hotel the next day.
