From what I hear, Traders hotels will successively be refreshed and rebranded to the new Jen brand. Jen is run by a totally separate team within Shangri-La to ensure different and approach/ branding/ positioning. GC will stay the loyalty program, but type of amenities likely to be amended to reflect different brand image. Traders SIN will be the next property to undergo the change. I look forward to trying Orchard Jen in October.
That's absolutely correct! Traders on Cuscaden Rd will undergo a rebranding to Hotel Jen next!
