Keep plying for comp for the stupidest things, guys, in the new world order of CRM businesses track this and will keep score accordingly

it is fair for a consumer to seek some type of settlement to make up for that.
....and its fair for a company to say no to ridiculous attempts to gouge them. As their customer, I respect and appreciate not having to pay for these requests.
