Does anyone smell "lawsuit?"

Now that most people (the group on this flight excepted) have simmered down from 9/11, maybe some civil rights lawyers will start taking on the government and the airlines in these types of incidents without fear of being branded a communist or something? For the sake of the Constitution, I hope so...
