Sigh, my Passbook boarding pass has disappeared again.

We are traveling as a family of 4 on one PNR. My wife's disappeared on the outbound right as we were boarding SFO-ORD. Now mine has disappeared on the return leg. Everyone else has their boarding pass intact. I have tried to log out, and in, but no luck. The "Add to Passbook" button has disappeared. I have paper bp's, but an annoying bug.
