I read on some tripadvisor threads that Aerolinas Argentinas has cheaper fares for those foreigners who flew into Argentina on Aerolinas Argentinas. I can't find a link to such a fare.

Would appreciate your help. Also how do I buy such a fare? And is this offer still valid if I book an Award ticket from US to Argentina on Aerolinas Argentinas?
