Has anyone else noticed that My Points seems to no longer be awarding 10 points for attempting a survey and not qualifying?

Instead of the usual "10 points for attempting" language, it now seems to only award points for qualifying and completing a survey. At least, that's been the case with me. I'm wondering if this is a trial, or if they're using this on everyone.

I've noticed since a few days ago.
