I am flying from Chicago to Dubai in January. I really struggle with sleeping on planes and find that staying awake for over 24 hours really messes me up. I would love to get into business class but am finding the cheapest fares are still $4-5k.

Does anyone have recommendations on finding a cheaper fare? Ideally I'd like to spend no more than $3k for business class. Any websites or business ticket consolidators you would recommend? I'm also considering giving Flight Fox a try. Does anyone have experience with them?
