(1) What is most important to you in a FFP?

I'm looking for a program that I can gain some miles in with surveys, purchases, etc. since I don't fly as often as many others.

(2) How many miles do you usually fly each year & in what class? How many flights/sectors?

<25k miles per year, and <25 flights.

(3) What types of fares do you usually buy ?

Economy, cheapest

(4) Can you choose your airlines and/or class of service? Do you travel for work and/or pleasure?

I travel for pleasure and am flexible.

(5) Which routes and airlines do you fly most often

I'll generally fly based on rates and direct availability. Mostly, I fly domestic in America and Puerto Rico, with occasional trips to Europe every couple years.

(6) What is your home airport?

MCO (Orlando), but I travel occasionally out of TPA when it suits the route better.

(7) Do you have FFP status of any kind in an airline? What is it? Do you have any miles banked in a FFP?
