Given the mediocre TA reviews, even though I'm a diamond member, is this a worthwhile property to consider? I have a budget of about $200/nt and would appreciate any advice.

There seems to be a deal on the Regent Phuket Cape Panwa for $180 a night and that looks like a very nice property
