Hello experts. I am somewhat of a novice traveler, only about 8-10 times per year. I have an AAdvantage card, for the luggage benefits mainly. I have the AA CC number entered in my AA profile, but it seems that I always have an issue with my luggage not being free, even though I am purchaasing through the AA website. When I check luggage, I have to speak with a AA rep who always waives the fees. Is there somewhere that I have to link the CC with my profile to alert that this is an AA credit card? My United card does it automatically. Thanks for any help.
