Speeding ticket Germany

So I recently did a Hertz Points rental in Germany (which cost me $600 USD in extra fees, but that's a story for a different thread), and while driving between Frankfurt and Berlin I got "blitzed" (or speed camera'd) on the same stretch of road going in opposite directions about a week apart. The rest of the time I was making pretty solid use of my speed limiter. Just this particular stretch of road had quick fast - slow - fast speed transitions that I didn't properly keep on top of.

And I've now received two of those infamous 25 € (or $40 USD) "Administration Fee + VAT" charges on my AMEX bill.

Any idea of what I should expect what will happen next?

When I got photobombed in South America, the car rental company gleefully charged my card with the full fine. Will this happen to me in this case also, or will I get some kind of bill in the mail or would I be blacklisted from driving in Germany down the road or?
