Just to make clear: It is not possible to skip the Germany -> Scandinavia leg!

Only the leg from Scandinavia to Germany.

You will need at least a positioning flight to an airport served by SAS like DUS, MUC, FRA, HAM, HAJ, TXL, .... to start the trip.
