Not sure why you are having problems. If the issue is with DEBIT, you wouldn't be able to load with any VGC. I just loaded $7K last night with DEBIT and no issues. There could have been an issue on that specific day you went or the card reader was bad. There are plenty of reasons why it might not have been working at the time. Try again today to see if you get the same results.
