Just realised the reply I sent when I got here the other night didn't go through; basically she said "use the sky team lounge, they have an agreement with qr". I said that as I was ow emerald I could use any f lounge and as the skyteam lounge isn't an f lounge I'd prefer to come here". She said "no", I said "it's against the ow rules" and she threw her hands in the air. The smell of noodles was good so was disappointed to go to the skyteam lounge but it was surprisingly good and made me consider skyteam business from lhr in future; not really the point of alliances but there you go...
