Changing your address to Mainland is not a problem. Please note that availability at that rate is far from good in general.
Wait until they do an audit to you account and terminate your account based on 'violation of T&C' - especially if you earned tons of points through a promo - there is a thread about this - they just did a big termination round not long ago:

Availability is not that much of an issue unless you are going to popular resort area or holiday destination ICs.
