If service and quiet rooms are your focus, than the Mandarin is the way to go. Skylofts would probably do it too (and feels much more Vegas-y) but rates won't go down much on the weekend.
Thanks! Should I consider paying the 2x premium for Skylofts? If they are really a huge upgrade it's not out of the question, but from what I've seen they don't appear to be THAT much better than a good suite at other top options.
