Any agreement? I haven't accepted anything. These were ticketed in late Dec 2013. Does that mean they are still valid no matter what? Do I have to reticket by Dec 2014, or use by Dec 2014? Since they don't offer Explorer awards anymore, where should I go to get this enacted? Striking out online, haven't gotten a chance yet to call-
