Your post is very vague, so it's hard to reply. But if it's a roundtrip award ticket, once you skip B>C the return flight will be cancelled. If it's two one-way tickets, you can skip B>C without having that happen. But when you miss the C>B flight on the return, B>A will be cancelled at that point.
